Abstract	Ozljeda meniska vrlo je učestala ozljeda u nogometu čiji oporavak može biti kračeg ili dužeg trajanja ovisno o načinu liječenja. Ova ozljeda često dolazi u kombinaciji s oštečenjima drugih tkiva, što rezultira prekidom aktivnosti pa time i padom natjecateljske forme. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati anatomiju koljena, objasniti najčešće rizične faktore i mehanizme nastanka ove ozljede u nogometu, kao i prikazati dijagnostičke postupke. Također, cilj rada je definirati svaku fazu rehabilitacijskog procesa do povratka nogometaša na teren te ukazati na važnost preventivnih programa kako bi smanjili učestalost ozljeda u nogometu.
Abstract (english)	Injury of meniscus is very common injurie in football whose recovery may be shorter or longer duration depending on the method of treatment. This injury often occurs in combination with other tissue damage, resulting in disruption of activities and therefore fall competing forms. The aim of this study is to show the anatomy of the knee, to explain the most common risk factors and mechanisms of these injuries in football, as well as to display diagnostic procedures. Also, the aim of this work is to define each phase of the rehabilitation process to return players to the field and point to the importance of prevention programs to reduce the incidence of injuries in football.
