Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je ukloniti bolove u lumbalnom dijelu kralježnice te uspostaviti stabilnost trupa kod 24-godišnjeg klijenta. Nakon analiziranja posture i provedenih testova zaključuje se kako klijentu nedostaje stabilnosti u više dijelova: lopatica, kuk i lumbalni dio kralježnice. Obzirom na navedene deformacije, klijentu su preporučene prilagođene vježbe kako bi se postura generalno poboljšala. Drugo mjerenje posture učinjeno je po završetku četvrtog ciklusa vježbanja te dobiveni rezultati ukazuju na poboljšanje držanja tijela i smanjenje boli. Nakon provedenog tretmana, klijent je stekao dovoljno znanja da sam nastavi s redovitim vježbanjem propisanog programa.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to remove pain in the lumbar spine and to establish the stability of the body in 24-year-old client. After analysis of the posture it is concluded that the client lacks stability in several parts: the blades, the lumbar spine and the lumbar part of the spine. Due to these deformations, the client was recommended to do customized exercises to improve general posture. The second measurement of the posture was done after the end of the fourth exercise cycle and the results obtained suggested improved body posture and pain reduction. After the treatment, the client has gained enough knowledge to continue with the regular exercise of the prescribed program.
