Abstract
Završni rad predstavlja proračun višecijevnog izmjenjivača s učvršćenim snopom cijevi u svrhu hlađenja mineralnog ulja kojim se podmazuju klizni ležajevi kugličnog mlina sirovine u tehnološkom procesu proizvodnje Portland-cementa. Cilj ovog završnog rada je ispitati karakteristike industrijskog višecijevnog izmjenjivača topline kako bi se isti mogao primijeniti za hlađenje mineralnog ulja od 33 oC na 26,5 oC, koje dostrujava volumnim protokom 8 L/min u prostor plašta. Kroz cijevni snop u dva prolaza, struji rashladna voda ulazne temperature 21 oC. Rezultati proračuna ukazuju da je raspoloživa površina prijenosa topline veća od potrebne i zadovoljava za postavljene uvjete. Povećanjem protoka rashladne vode dolazi do povećanja masene brzine vode u cijevima i prelaska iz laminarnog u prijelazno područje strujanja (2300  Re  10 000). Time se povećava ukupni koeficijent prijelaza topline i smanjuje potrebna površina izmjenjivača za prijenos iste količine topline.
Abstract (english)
Final thesis presents the budget of the the industrial shell and tube heat exchanger with fixed tube bundles, 2-pass tube side, for cooling of mineral oil that lubricated plain bearings ball-mill raw material in the production of Portland cement. The aim of this final thesis is to examine the characteristics of industrial shell and tube heat exchanger so that they could apply for the cooling of mineral oil from 33 °C to 26.5 °C, which flows inside the shell and around the tube with volume flow of 8 L/min. Through the tube bundle, in two passes, streaming cooling water inlet temperature 21 °C. The results of examination indicate that the available surface area of heat transfer is greater than required and meets the set requirements. By increasing the flow of cooling water is coming to an increase in the tube-side mass flow rate of water and the transition from laminar flow in the transitional area (2300  Re  10 000). This increases the overall heat transfer coefficient and reduces the required surface heat exchanger to transfer the same amount of heat.
