Abstract
Višeplodna trudnoća je vrsta trudnoće u kojoj se u maternici jedne žene istovremeno razvija više od jednog ploda. U svrhu istraživanja prikupljeni su relevantni podaci o 146 rodilja višeplodnih trudnoća u KBC Rijeka u trogodišnjem periodu (od 01. siječnja 2012. do 31.prosinca 2014. godine) na kojima je kasnije vršena analiza. Promatrao se odnos među relevantnim parametrima i pokušala se uspostaviti korelacija među njima na temelju čega su doneseni sljededi zaključci: broj poroda višeplodnih trudnoća vedi je u starijih rodilja, povedan je postotak prijevremenih poroda, povedan je postotak poroda dovršenih carskim rezom, APGAR-skor u prvoj i petoj minuti značajno je vedi kod terminski rođene novorođenčadi, značajna korelacija između indeksa vitalnosti i načina dovršetka poroda nije utvrđena, novorođenčad iz višeplodnih trudnoća ima manju porodnu masu u odnosu na prosječnu masu novorođenčadi iz jednoplodnih trudnoća.
Abstract (english)
Multiple pregnancy is a pregnancy where more than one fetus develops simultaneously in the womb. For the purpose of this research relevant data originating from 146 women with multiple pregnancy from KBC RIjeka spanning in the period of three years ( from 1st January 2012. to 31st December 2014.) has been gathered. The data has then been used to perform an analysis based on the selected relevant parameters in an attempt to find any sort of correlation between these parameters. The following conclusions have been drawn: the number of multiple pregnancies is higher for women of older age, there is an increase in the number of premature births as well as an increase in the percentage of pregnancies ended by cesarian section, the odds of APGAR-score from the 1st and 5th minute is notably higher with newborns on term, there is no significant correlation between the odds of APGAR-score and the mode of delivery, newborns from multiple pregnancies have a smaller birth mass compared to newborns from singleton pregnancies.
