Abstract
U ovom radu predstavljena je usporedba između kirurških predložaka za računalno navođenu ugradnju implantata i ostalih vrsta kirurških predložaka. S obzirom na tip podupiranja, kirurške predloške za računalno navođenje dijelimo na predloške poduprte sluznicom, predloške poduprte zubima i predloške poduprte kosti. U radu su utvrđene indikacije za primjenu kirurškog predloška izraženog računalnom tehnikom, opisana je preciznost ugradnje implantata i navedene su komplikacije koje mogu nastati tijekom operativnog zahvata. Na kraju samog rada predstavljen je postupak izrade predloška za računalno navođenje ugradnje implantata.
Abstract (english)
This paper draws a comparison between surgical templates for computer-aided implant surgery and other types of surgical templates. Surgical templates are commonly categorized as tooth-supported, mucosal-supported, or bone-supported. This paper also identifies the indications for the use of computer-aided surgical guides, describes the precision of dental placement and details the complications that may occur during the surgical procedure. Finally, the paper presents the process of creating a template for computer-aided implant surgery
