Abstract
Otisni materijali se koriste za registraciju oblika zubi i alveolarnih grebena. Elastični otisni materijali su hidrokoloidi i elastomeri. Razlikujemo reverzibilne i ireverzibilne hidrokoloide. Glavne vrste elastomera su polisulfidi, polieteri i silikoni. Žlica služi kao nosač pomoću kojega se otisni materijal unosi u usta, mogu biti konfekcijske (tvorničke) i individualne. Granicu preparacije možemo prikazati na mehanički, mehaničko-kemijski, elektrokirurški i kirurški način. Otisak treba dati točnu i vjernu presliku zubi i okolnih tkiva. Otiske uzimamo s hidrokoloidima i elastomerima. Jednostruki otisak uzimamo s jednim, a dvostruki s dva elastomera različitih konzistencija. Dvostruki otisak može biti jednovremeni i dvovremeni. Nakon vađenja iz usta otisak je potrebno dezinficirati. Digitalno uzimanje otisaka je tehnika u kojoj se bataljci snimaju intraoralnim skenerom i dobiveni podaci šalju elektronski u laboratorij.
Abstract (english)
Impression materials are used to register the shape of teeth and alveolar ridge. Elastic impression materials are elastomers and hydrocolloids. We distinguish between reversible and irreversible hydrocolloids. The main types of elastomers are polysulfides, polyeters and silicones. Tray serves as a carrier by which the impression material is inserted in the mouth, can be a stock (fabric) and custom tray. Margin can be displayed on the mechanical, chemomechanical, electrosurgical and surgical manner. The impression should give accurate and faithful copy of the teeth and surrounding tissues. The impressions are taken with elastomers and hydrocolloids. A single impression is taken from a single, a double from two different elastomers consistency. Dual impression can be onefaze and twofaze. After removing from the mouth impression is needed to disinfect. Digital impression is a technique in which the abutments are recorded with intraoral scanner, and resulting data are sent electronically to the laboratory.
