Abstract
Dobroćudne bolesti jajnika predstavljaju skupinu bolesti unutar koje nalazimo funkcionalne ciste i dobroćudne tumore jajnika. Incidencija im je povećana kod žena reproduktivne dobi, iako nije isključena pojava i izvan toga razdoblja. Funkcionalne ovarijske ciste obično su asimptomatske i najčešće se pronađu slučajno tijekom ginekološkog pregleda. Dobroćudni tumori jajnika također ne moraju imati nikakve simptome dok porastom svoje veličine ne počnu vršiti kompresiju okolnih struktura i izazivati smetnje. U dijagnostici dobroćudnih bolesti jajnika korisna je klinička slika, ultrazvučni pregled, praćenje serumskog biljega CA 125 i patohistologija. Liječenje funkcionalnih cisti bazira se na postupku praćenja pronađene tvorbe i serumskog biljega CA 125, primjeni oralne kontracepcije i kirurškom pristupu. Dobroćudni tumori jajnika liječe se isključivo kirurškim putem koristeći laparoskopsku metodu kad god je to moguće.
Abstract (english)
Benign ovarian diseases are a group of diseases in which we find functional cysts and benign ovarian tumors. The incidence of them is increased in women of reproductive age, although it is not excluded phenomena and outside that period. Functional ovarian cysts are usually asymptomatic and is usually found by chance during a gynecological examination. Benign ovarian tumors also may have no symptoms until the increase in its size starts to perform compression of adjacent structures and cause interference. In the diagnosis of benign ovarian disease is a useful clinical, ultrasound, monitoring of serum marker called CA 125 and histopathology. Treatment of functional cyst is based on the process of monitoring found the formation and serum marker called CA 125, the application of oral contraceptives and surgical approach. Benign ovarian tumors are treated exclusively by surgery using laparoscopic method whenever possible.
