Abstract
Detaljno proučavanje potrošača složen je proces jer veliki broj čimbenika utječe na njih. Kroz život ljudi imaju različite uloge, a jedna od njih je uloga potrošača. Ljudi postaju potrošači od svog rođenja. Proučavanje ponašanja potrošača važno je jer trgovci na ovaj način mogu razumjeti što utječe na potrošačke odluke o kupnji. Proučavanje ponašanja potrošača također pomaže trgovcima da odluče kako predstaviti svoje proizvode na način koji generira maksimalan utjecaj na potrošače. Razumijevanje ponašanja potrošača pri kupnji ključna je tajna dosezanja i angažiranja klijenata i navođenje na kupnju. Čimbenici utjecaja na odabir proizvoda su obitelj, prijatelji, razina obrazovanja, društveni mediji i prihodi.
Abstract (english)
A detailed study of consumers is a complex process because a large number of factors affect them. Throughout life, people have different roles, and one of them is the role of the consumer. People become consumers from birth. Studying consumer behavior is important because retailers can understand in this way what influences consumer purchasing decisions. Studying consumer behavior also helps retailers decide how to present their products in a way that generates maximum impact on consumers. Understanding consumer behavior when shopping is a key secret to reaching out and engaging customers and leading them to make a purchase. Social factors influencing consumers are family, friends, education level, social media, and income.
