Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je Aplikacija za upravljanje rizicima. Prije prikaza same aplikacije, detaljno su opisani neki od ključnih pojmova vezanih uz samu aplikaciju. Prije svega pojam rizik. Rizik može označavati mogućnost materijalnog i/ili nematerijalnog gubitka, uz to, rizik se oduvijek vezao uz riječ opasnost. S obzirom da rizik može dovesti do gubitka ili do nastanka nekog štetnog događaja za određenu aktivnost ili projekt, potrebno je korištenje različitih metoda upravljanja rizicima kako bi se pojava eventualnog rizika svela na minimum ili u potpunosti eliminirala. U radu je izdvojeno pet najpoznatijih metodologija za upravljanje rizikom, od čega je jedna detaljnije opisana. Osim toga, opisane su i standardne faze upravljanja rizicima, a to su procjena i kontrola. Procjena rizika sastoji se od prepoznavanja, analize te dodjeljivanje prioriteta rizicima, a kontrola rizika uključuje planiranje, realizaciju ili smanjenje te praćenje rizika. Aplikacija za upravljanje rizicima služi za kreiranje Plana osiguranja od rizika, koji nam olakšava njihovo upravljanje. Ideja aplikacije od samog početka je da se omogući praćenje rizika kroz vrijeme te da se mogu usporediti različite verzije i napredak upravljanja rizicima.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this final work is Risks management application. Before presenting the application, the work describes some of the key concepts related to the application itself. First of all the term risk. Risk can indicate the possibility of material and /or intangible loss, in addition, risk has always been linked to the word danger. Since risk can lead to the loss or occurrence of an adverse event for a particular activity or project, it is necessary to use some risk management methods to minimize or completely eliminate the occurrence of eventual risk. 3 The work identifies five of the most well-known risk management methodologies, one is described in more detail. In addition, standard stages of risk management are described. Risk assessment consists of identifying, analyzing and prioritizing risks, and risk control involves planning, implementing or reducing and risk monitoring. The risk management application is used to create a risk control plan that makes it easier for us to manage them. The idea of the application from the very beginning was to offer risk monitoring over time and to compare different versions and progress of risks management.
