Abstract	Dionice su vrijednosni papira bez roka dospijeća, kojima se trguje na primarnom ili sekundarnom tržištu kapitala. U ovom završnom radu objašnjeni su pojmovi vezani uz dionice, otkup i emisija dionica. Pojašnjen je pojam burze, mjesto gdje se trguje vrijednosnim papirima, a spomenuta je i najpoznatija svjetska burza New York Stock Exchange. Objašnjeni su pojmovi vezani uz tržište kapitala u Republici Hrvatskoj, odnosno pojmovi vezani za Zagrebačku burzu. Provedena je analiza dionica HT-a i pregled trgovine za period od 2016. do 2019. godine na temelju podataka sa službene internetske stranice Zgrebačke burze.
Abstract (english)	Stocks are securities without maturity, which are traded on the primary or secondary capital market. In this thesis discussed terms related to stocks, redemption and issuse of stocks. Explanations of the terms related to stock exchange, a place where securities are traded, and is mentioned the world's most famous stock exchange, the New York Stock Exchange. The terms are explained to the capital market in the Republic of Croatia, that is terms related to the Zagreb Stock Exchange. An analysis of HT shares and a review of trading for the period from 2016. to 2019. was conducted based on data from the official website of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
