Abstract
Hidantoini se nalaze u brojnim prirodnim produktima i biološki aktivnim spojevima, a posjeduju zanimljiva svojstva poput antifungalnog, antibakterijskog, antitumorskog, antikonvulzivnog i sl. djelovanja. Također predstavljaju intermedijere u sintezi optički čistih prirodnih i neprirodnih aminokiselina. Prilikom izvedbe ovog završnog rada pripravljeni su ferocenski ureidopeptidi (5a-c) te ferocenski hidantoini (6a-c), čija je struktura dokazana IR, 1H- i 13C-NMR-spektroskopijom.
Abstract (english)
Hydantoins are contained in many natural products and bioactive molecules, and they exhibit interesting biological activities, such as antifungal, antibacterial, antitumor, anticonvulsant and others. They are also interediates during the synthesis of optically pure natural and unnatural amino acids. Ferrocene ureidopeptides (5a-c) and ferrocene hydantoins (6a-c) were synthetized during this experimental design. The structure of these compounds was confirmed with IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR-spectroscopy.
