Abstract
Financijska tržišta predstavljaju organizirana međusobno povezana tržišta novca i kapitala. Njihovo funkcioniranje kroz institucije koje omogućuju protok novca na svim nivoima preduvjet su za postojanje dobro organiziranog sustava. U takvom sustavu svi njegovi subjekti mogu zadovoljiti svjoje potrebe. U ovom radu prikazana su financijska tržišta RH s posebnim naglaskom na Tržište novca Zagreb, kojeg su u periodu od njegovog nastanka 1991. godine do danas obilježila tri razdoblja, te Zagrebačka burza kao kao centralno mjesto trgovine vrijednosnim papirima RH. Dan je prikaz financijskih institucija RH, pri čemu su posebno opisane funkcije Hrvatske narodne banke (HNB) kao centralne banke, Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFA) i Hrvatske banke za obnovu i razvitak (HBOR), te investicijskih fondova.
Abstract (english)
Financial markets are organized interrelated markets of money and capital. Their functioning of the institutions that provide flow of money on all levels are a prerequisite for the existence of a well organized system. In such a system all his subjects can get their needs. This paper presents financial markets of Croatia, with special emphasis on the Money Market of Zagreb, which is, in the period from its inception in 1991 until today, marked by three periods, and and Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) as a central place of securities trading in Republic of Croatia. Financial institutions of the Republic of Croatia, with a special descriptions of the functions for Croatian National Bank (CNB) as a central bank, Croatian Agency for Supervision of Financial Services (HANFA) and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (CBRD) and investment funds are shown.
