Abstract
Kasna defolijacija bitan je ampelotehnički zahvat u vinogradarskoj proizvodnji. Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio utvrditi utjecaj kasne defolijacije na prosječnu masu grozda, količinu šećera u moštu te ukupnu kiselost mošta na kultivaru Malvazija istarska (Vitis vinifera L.), kolonske selekcije VCR4. Istraživanje je provedeno na proizvodnim površinama OPG Jerman u 2014. godini, a vinograd je smješten u vinogorju Centralna Istra. Prije postavljanja pokusa odabrana su dva reda sa 20 trsova u svakom redu, sa naznakom u kojemu će se redu provesti defolijacija, a u kojemu neće. Kasna defolijacija provedena je ručno. Na rodnim mladicama odstranjena su četiri donja lista u zoni grozda sa svrhom postizanja prozračnosti i osvjetljenosti unutar trsa. Ampelotehnički zahvat proveden je u dva navrata: mjesec dana prije berbe sa istočne strane trsa i 10 dana nakon prve defolijacije sa zapadne strane trsa. Uzorci mošta uzeti su nakon muljanja/runjanja. Za određivanje količine šećera u moštu korišten je refraktometar, a za određivanje ukupne kiselosti mošta korištena je metoda titracije. Na osnovu dobivenih rezultata, prosječna masa grozda nije zavisila o ispitivanom ampelotehničkom zahvatu. Suprotno tome, ampelotehnički zahvat kasne defolijacije značajno utječe na ispitivane parametre količina šećera i ukupna kiselost mošta. Za količinu šećera u moštu, uklanjanje listova rezultira statistički značajnim povećanjem šećera u moštu. Primjena kasne defolijacije također rezultira statistički visoko značajnim smanjenjem ukupne kiselosti mošta. Dobiveni rezultati ukazuju da je ispitivani ampelotehnički zahvat u 2014. godini značajno utjecao na povećanje količine šećera i smanjenje ukupne kiselosti mošta.
Abstract (english)
Late defoliation is considered as an important canopy management practice in viticulture production. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of late defoliation on average cluster mass, sugar content and the total acidity of must on cultivar Istrian malvasia (Vitis vinifera L.), clone selection VCR4. The research was taken in the vineyard owned by family Jerman. Vineyard is located in the wine - growing region Central Istria. There were selected two lines with 20 vines in each row, with a note in which row will be the leaves removed. Late defoliation was carried out one month before harvest on the east side of the vine and 10 days after the first defoliation on the west side of the vine. To determine the sugar content in the must we use the refractometer, and to determine the total acidity of the must, the method of titration. Based on the obtained results, the average cluster mass was not dependented of late defoliation. In contrast, late defoliation significantly affects on the other two parameters. For the sugar content in the must, removal of leaves results in a statistically significant increase of sugar in the must. Application of late defoliation also results in a highly statistically significant reduction in total acidity of must.
