Abstract
Predmet završnog rada obuhvaća provedbu analize financijskog stanja i uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća Lavina d.o.o. Kako bi se dobila slika o tome koliko neko poduzeće uspješno ili neuspješno posluje, potrebno je analizirati njihove financijske izvještaje. Informacije dobivene analizom financijskih izvještaja su namijenjene različitim internim ili eksternim korisnicima kao što su poslovni partneri, banke, kupci, dobavljači i slično. Eksterni korisnici financijskih izvještaja iz njih pribavljaju podatke o sigurnosti i uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća, dok su za interne korisnike financijski izvještaji podloga za planiranje i kontrolu poslovanja. Kako bi se pružio detaljniji uvid u financijsko stanje poduzeća, koriste se postupci horizontalne i vertikalne analize financijskih izvještaja i interpretiraju pojedinačni i sintetički pokazatelji. U radu je analizirana financijska situacija, analizom četiri kompozicijska svojstva, investiranja i financiranja kao svojstva oblikovanja operativne i financijske poluge koje utječu na snagu zarađivanja poduzeća, te likvidnosti i solventnosti kao utjecaj na operativnu stabilnost dužničko vjerovničkih odnosa i sposobnosti za dinamički uravnoteženo ili stabilno dugotrajno poslovanje poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis includes financial position and business performance analysis in the case of Lavina Ltd. In order to get a picture of how a company operates, successfully or unsuccessfully, it is necessary to analyse their financial statements. Received informations from analysis of the financial statements are intended for a variety of internal or external users such as business partners, banks, customers, suppliers etc. The external users of financial statements from them obtain information about the safety and effectiveness of company operations, while internal users needs financial statements for planning and control. In order to provide a more detailed insight into the financial status of the company, there are used procedures of horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and interpret individual and synthetic financial indicators. In this thesis financial position is analysed by analysing four compositions features, investment and financing recognized as ability to form operational and finance leverage, which affects company’s money making ability, and liquidity and solvency which affects operational stability with creditors and implicates dynamic balance or long term business stability.
