Abstract	Cilj ovog rada je opisati primjenu metodologije benchmarking metode i njezine prednosti u funkciji rasta i razvoja poljoprivrednog poduzeće na primjeru M.B.d.o.o., te provjeriti mogućnosti koje bi pridonijele poboljšanju poduzeća. Benchmarking je proveden komparacijom sa poduzećem X. d.o.o. iz okruženja. Nadalje, uočena je velika razlika dobiti po jedinici površine između dvaju poduzeća što ukazuje na potrebu promjene kratkoročne i dugoročne strategije poslovanja na M.B. d.o.o. Kroz financijske pokazatelje, M.B. d.o.o. vidi dobar primjer u poduzeću X. d.o.o. čije će rezultate nastojat ostvariti u svom poslovanju. Benchmarking predstavlja instrument uz pomoć kojeg poduzeće kontinuirano uspoređuje i mjeri vlastito poslovanje u odnosu na vrhunsku praksu.
Abstract (english)	The aim of this paper is to describe the application of the methodology of benchmarking method and its advantages in the function of growth and development of an agricultural enterprise on the example of M.B. Ltd., and to look into opportunities that would contribute to improving the enterprise. Benchmarking was performed by comparing with company X. Ltd. from the environment. Furthermore, there was a large difference in profit per unit area between two companies, suggesting the need to change short-term and long-term business strategy at M.B. Ltd. Through financial indicators, M.B. Ltd. see a good example in company X. Ltd. whose results will be achieved in their business. Benchmarking is an instrument by which the company continually compares and measures its own business in relation to top-level practice.
