Abstract
Glavni uzrok opadanja brojnosti i nestanka divljih životinjskih vrsta su promijenjeni uvjeti koji im omogućuju život u njihovom staništu. Danas su izražene negativne posljedice ljudskog djelovanja uzrokovane prekomjernim iskorištavanjem prirodnih resursa i onečišćenjem okoliša. Prepoznati su i opisani važniji čimbenici koji negativno utječu na divljač i njihova staništa u Hrvatskoj: cestovni promet; korištenje mehanizacije pri poljoprivrednim radovima, upotreba pesticida u poljoprivredi; fragmentacija i nestanak prirodnih staništa; krivolov; požari; narušavanje mira u lovištu zbog učestalijeg kretanja ljudi; minski sumnjiva područja i opasnost od zaostalih eksplozivnih sredstava. Lovci moraju pratiti i pravodobno prepoznati moguće negativne utjecaje na divljač i staništa u lovištu, te poduzimati i primjenjivati mjere zaštite ili ublažavanja negativnih utjecaja.
Abstract (english)
Main cause of decline in population size and extinction of wild animal species are altered conditions for living in their habitat. Negative effects of nowadays human activities are caused by over-exploitation of natural resources and pollution of the environment. Following main factors that negatively influence on wild game and their habitats in Croatia has been determined and described: road traffic; usage of mechanization agricultural machinery to mechanize the work in agriculture; use and misuse of the pesticides in agriculture; fragmentation and destruction of natural habitats; illegal hunting; fires; disturbances in the hunting ground due to more frequent movements of people; presence of mine suspected areas. The hunters need to monitor and detect in proper time incidence that negatively influence game animals and habitats in the hunting ground. Also, they need to take and implement measures for the protection and mitigation of the negative effects.
