Abstract	Održavanje i popravak sredstava mehanizacije u „Karolina“ d.o.o. obavlja se u skladu s naputcima iz priručnika za održavanje. Dnevno tehničko održavanje i lake popravke obavljaju rukovatelji stroja, dok zahtijevnije kvarove otklanjaju ovlaštene tvrtke za popravak istih. Prosječna starost traktora u tvrtci je 16,6 godina. Traktori „Torpedo“ i „AGT“ nisu registrirani što u velikoj mjeri ugrožava rukovatelje tijekom rada i druge zaposlenike u tvrtci. Tehnička zaštita poljoprivrednih strojeva ne izvršava se zadovoljavajuće što uveliko skraćuje životni vijek stroja. Traktori se garažiraju pod nadrešnicama, a priključni strojevi na otvorenom prostoru.
Abstract (english)	The maintenance and repair of the machinery in “Karolina” Ltd. performed in accordance with the instructions in the maintenance manual. Daily technical maintenance and small repairs are performed by the machine operator while more demanding failures are eliminated by authorized companies for the repairs. The average age of the tractors in the company is 16,6 years. The “Torpedo” and “AGT” tractors are not registered, which greatly endangers the operators while working and other employees at the company. The technical protection of the agricultural machinery is not carried out satisfactorily which significantly shortens the lifespan of a machine. Tractors are garaged in canopies while the trailed implements are outdoors.
