Abstract
Šljiva predstavlja jednu od značajniji voćarskih kultura u Hrvatskoj, a razlozi su što se može koristiti u mnoge svrhe : za svježu potrošnju, sušenje, preradu u slatke prerađevine, sokove i alkoholna pića. Nakon prerade šljiva ostaje značajna količina organskog otpada koji se može iskoristiti kao energetska sirovina. Prigodan način zbrinjavanja navedenog materijal je peletiranje. Peletiranje je termoplastični proces oblikovanja utiskivanjem, te se dobije sirovina veće gustoće, manjeg volumena koja je pogodna za skladištenje i transport. Konvencionalna tehnologija peletiranja sastoji se iz sljedećeg: skladištenja i predtretmana sirovog materijala, sušenja sirovog materijala, procesa proizvodnje peleta, hlađenja i skladištenja peleta (pakiranje i skladištenje). Proizvedene pelete od koštica i u kombinaciji s drvnom biomasom imaju veću energetsku vrijednost, te stoga mogu zamijeniti veću količinu energenata. Proizvodnja peleta od ostataka prerade šljiva i drvne biomase je ekonomski, tehnološki i ekološki prihvatljiva. Udio biomase koštice ne bi trebao biti veći od 20%. Osnovni financijski parametri ukazuju na ostvarivanje dobiti, ali u ukupnu cijenu nisu uračunati troškovi energije i troškovi kupovine opreme
Abstract (english)
Plum is one of the major fruit crops in Croatia, and the reasons are that can be used for many purposes: for fresh consumption, drying, processing into sweet products, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. After processing the plums a significant amount of organic waste remains, that can be used as an energy source. The appropriate method of waste treatment is pelleting. Pelleting is a thermoplastic process of shaping by embossing, where the raw materials of higher density, smaller volume is obtained that is suitable for storage and transportation. Produced pellets of seeds in combination with wood biomass have a higher energy value, and therefore can replace a larger amount of energy. Pellet production from plum processing waste and wood biomass is economically, technologically and environmentally acceptable. The share of biomass pits should not be higher than 20%. Major financial parameters point to profit, but the total cost does not include costs of energy and the cost of equipment purchase
