Abstract	Organizacija i optimizacija procesa sustava kontejnerskog terminala predstavljaju vrlo važan problem prilikom vođenja poslovanja jednog terminala. Isto tako, postoje brojne studije koje istražuju problem optimizacije procesa i nude različita stajališta. Iz tog razloga se u ovom radu daje analiza sofisticiranih metoda odlučivanja – COPRAS-G metode, evolucijskog i genetskog algoritma, upravo radi važnosti koju optimizacija procesa predstavlja na kontejnerskom terminalu kao sustavu. Nakon proučavanja stavova literature o pojedinoj metodi i definiranja bitnih odrednica svake, rad prikazuje zakonitosti njihove primjene, rezultate dobivene prijašnjim istraživanjima te potom i značaj tih rezultata. Za potrebe rangiranja i ocjenjivanja pojedine metode glede njihove primjenjivosti na terminalu u radu se ukazuje na računalni program za višekriterijsku analizu. Rad dakle sagledava tri spomenute metode fokusirajući se na njihovu primjenu u organizaciji poslova na kontejnerskom terminalu da bi se optimiziralo poslovanje te posljedično povećala produktivnost terminala.
Abstract (english)	In the management of a container terminal, organisation and optimisation of the processes at the terminal represent an important problem. There is numerous research regarding the process optimisation which shows the opinions of various authors. This paper outlines the analysis of three sophisticated decision making methods: the COPRAS-G method, evolutionary, and genetic algorithm. After reviewing the literature regarding these methods, this paper shows the distinctive features of their application, the results of the previous studies as well as their importance. For the purpose of ranking and grading each method considernig their applicability, this paper points to computer software usage for multicriteria analysis. Hence, the paper examines the three methods, focusing on their application in organising jobs at a container terminal. Finding the optimal way to manage the containter terminal businesses will increase its productivity, which is the overall goal.
