Abstract
Temeljni cilj ovog rada je pratiti i analizirati cjeloživotno obrazovanje pomorskog kadra, odnosno način stjecanja vještina i kompetencija za upravljanje i rukovanje tehničkim, brodskim i lučkim sustavima. Značajan naglasak stavljen je na sustav obrazovanja koji treba pridonositi individualnoj sposobnosti pojedinca i unaprijediti kadrovsku strukturu koja će uspjeti odgovoriti izazovima pomorskog gospodarstva Republike Hrvatske i svijeta. U radu je također analizirano i pomorsko tržište gdje se daje uvid u postojeće stanje, te se koriste podaci kako bi se što točnije prognozirala budućnost na pomorskom tržištu rada.
Abstract (english)
The main point of this work is to follow and analyze the lifelong education workers in the naval sector and to study the way in which they learn and gain the skills required to handle and control technical, ship and port systems. A big emphasis has been placed on the system of education that should contribute to improving the invidivual abilities of the workers and to improve the human resources in such a way so that it is able to respond to the challenges of running a naval economy in Croatia and the world. An insight into the inner workins of the naval market is also given. The collected data is then used to try to correctly predict the future of the naval jobs market.
