Abstract
Ključni dio rada pomorskih agencija koje posreduju pri zapošljavanju pomoraca, osim sklapanja ugovora izmedu brodara i pomoraca, čini i pronalazak traženog kadra od strane brodara. Agencije uglavnom vode dokumentaciju o pomorcima u vlastitim bazama podataka. No, često se događa da u tim bazama podataka agenti nemaju tražena određena stručna pomorska zvanja ili zvanja pomoćnog osoblja, odnosno događa se da agencije utroše puno vremena na pronalazak željenog kadra. Stoga će se u ovom radu istražiti pozitivne i negativne strane zajedničke baze podataka, njihova svrsihodnost ili manjkavost te stavovi pomorskih agencija o zajedničkim bazama.
Abstract (english)
The main aim in the work of maritime agencies in the field of the employment of seafarers is to deal with the contracting. Furthermore, the issue comes in finding the required skills of seafarers for the requested jobs. In general, the agencies have certain database of their employees, but the problem appears in organisation of databases and effective finding of required stuff. This paper will deal with different database solutions for maritime agencies on the level of state and trough the experiences of various maritime agents emphasising the positive and the negative aspects of such a solution.
