Abstract	U radu se definira planiranje i projektiranje pomorsko-putničkih terminala, tehničko-tehnološka obilježja pomorsko-putničkih terminala te metodologija razvoja planiranja luka i terminala. Analizirani su hrvatski pomorsko-putnički terminali te je važnost usmjerena na Jadroliniju i njezino poslovanje po glavnim plovnim područjima. U radu su spomenuti glavni pomorski putnički terminali u Hrvatskoj, tj. u Rijeci, Zadru i Splitu. Detaljnije su obrađeni terminal u Rijeci sa detaljnim planom uređenja, te novi putnički terminal Gaženica u Zadru, sa osvrtom na sve faze izgradnje projekta Gaženice.
Abstract (english)	This paper defines the planning and design of maritime passenger terminals, the technical and technological features of maritime passenger terminals, and the methodology for the development of ports and terminals planning. It is mentioned Jadrolinija, as the main Croatian shipping company, and its operations by a major transport areas. The paper deals with the main maritime passenger terminals in Croatia, in Rijeka, Zadar and Split. More is processed terminal in Rijeka with a detailed plan and also a new passenger terminal Gaženica in Zadar, with reference to all phases of the construction project Gaženica.
