Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je odabir i sastavljanje određenog trodimenzionalnog pisača te odabir, crtanje, modeliranje i ispis određenog mehaničkog sklopa čime bi se prezentirale mogućnosti pisača i sakupilo što više informacija i iskustva o 3D tehnologijama. Kao model je korišten sklop klipa i klipnjače motora 6DGRA18/22 čiji je nacrt pretvoren u 3D model u CAD programu (Inventor). Opisane su sve potrebne radnje koje je potrebno provesti za pripremu tiska 3D modela. Opisani su rezultati tiskanja, nastale greške, iskustveni zaključci i kvarovi koji se se događali u procesu tiskanja. Dat je prijedlog modernizacije 3D pisača i komentar autora rada u poglavlju Zaključak. Priložena je Uputa za korištenje pisača i otklanjanje kvarova nastala na temelju dosadašnjeg iskustva i tehničkih dokumenata dostupnih na Internetu.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to select and assemble a specific 3D printer and select, draw, model and print a specific mechanical assembly to present printer options and gather as much information and experience about 3D technology. The model used for is the 6DGRA18/22 piston and piston rod was converted into 3D CAD model (Inventor). All the necessary actions that need to be carried out for the preparation of a 3D model are described. The results of printing, errors, experimental conclusions and breakdowns that have occurred in the printing process are described. 3D printer modernization suggestion and the author's commentary are given in the chapter Conclusion. The instructions for using the printer and troubleshooting are based on the experience and technical documents available on the Internet.
