Abstract
Battery management system (BMS) je elektronički sustav koji ima funkciju nadzora, odnosno zaštite baterija. Baterije spadaju u kemijske izvore električne energije iz razloga što koriste razne kombinacije kemijskih spojeva kako bih njihovim djelovanjem došlo do protoka elektrona koji daju napon i djeluju kao izvor energije. U radu je riječ o litij-ionskim baterijama te sustavu upravljanja takvim baterijama. Objašnjava se zašto su litij-ionske baterije kvalitetne te općenito govoriti o metodama kontrole i zaštite, odnosno gospodarenja takvim energetskim izvorima. U suštini se dobija vizija ovakvog sustava nadzora baterija kao pametnog sustava koji je u stanju izvršavati funkcije sukladno o stanju baterijskih ćelija.
Abstract (english)
Battery management system ( BMS ) is any kind of electronic that monitors or protects batteries. Batteries are called a chemical source of electrical energy because they use various combinations of chemical compounds to produce a flow of electrons that serve as a source of electrical energy. We will discuss lithium-ion batteries and battery management systems, also the advantages of lithium-ion batteries will be layed out along with methodes for control and protection of those kinds or energy sources. To sum up, that kind of battery management system can be called a smart system that is capable of executing tasks depending on the state of battery cells.
