Abstract
Elektroničko poslovanje je u današnjem svijetu neizostavan dio suvremenih poslovnih organizacija, a sve veća dostupnost interneta i informacijskih tehnologija predstavlja temelj svakog budućeg poslovnog okruženja. Kroz ovaj rad definirane su osnovne razvojne razine e-poslovanja i organizacijskih struktura koje formiraju suvremene poslovne modele i načine njihove implementacije u skladu s suvremenom digitalnom ekonomijom. Sve intenzivnijim prijelazom s tradicionalnih načina djelovanja na inovativne povećava se i obujam e-trgovine koja sa sobom nosi jeftiniju, bržu i produktivniju infrastrukturu. U radu je provedeno istraživanje stanja i perspektiva e-poslovanja na hrvatskom tržištu, a iz njega se zaključuje kako postoje pozitivni pomaci prema standardima suvremenijih zemalja, no i dalje bez dovoljno kvalitetne tehnološke podloge. U konačnici, razmatrane su i buduće perspektive razvoja ove grana poslovanja, a one leže na području m-poslovanja koje će redefinirati sustav rada postojećih elektroničkih tržišta.
Abstract (english)
In today's modern world electronic business is a crucial part of business in general. With a growing availability of Internet access and electronic information technology, e-business is representing a solid base for all future business workflows. This paper will define elementary developing levels of e-business and organizational structures which form the modern business model as well as different ways of their importation in coordination with a modern digital economy. With a current large shift from traditional to new innovative ways of doing business, we observe the growing volume of e-commerce which brings cheaper, faster and more productive infrastructure. This paper also includes research on the current state of e-business in the Croatian market share. From a research, we can see a positive step forward towards standards of modern countries, but there's also a noticeable lack of quality technical structure. Finally, this paper considers the future perspective on the development of these business models, which are based on m-business, a business model that will redefine workflow of the current electronic business market.
