Abstract
Kineske biljne droge već se stoljećima koriste u liječenju u okviru sustava tradicionalne kineske medicine, a u novije vrijeme sve veću pozornost dobivaju i među pacijentima, ali i znanstvenicima zapadnih zemalja. Na temelju rezultata sustavnog pretraživanja i proučavanja relevantne stručne i znanstvene literature, u radu je dan pregled biljnih izvora, tradicionalne primjene, rezultata dosadašnjih fitokemijskih istraživanja te pretkliničkih i kliničkih studija za pet kineskih biljnih droga: Evodiae fructus, Gardeniae fructus, Polygoni orientalis fructus, Zanthoxyli bungeani pericarpium i Magnoliae biondii flos immaturus. Za odabrane droge, dobivene od plodova i cvjetova kineskih biljnih vrsta, po prvi puta su utvrđene norme kakvoće u obliku suvremenih monografija u važećem devetom izdanju Europske farmakopeje pa su sastavni dio rada i hrvatski prijevodi tih monografija. Ovako objedinjeni podaci omogućuju farmaceutima stjecanje novih znanja i širenje kompetencija u području fitofarmacije.
Abstract (english)
Chinese herbal drugs have been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine, and lately they are recieving more and more attention among patients, but also scientists in western countries. Based on the results of systematic research and study of relevant scientific and professional literature, an overview of plant sources, traditional uses, results of previous phytochemical research and preclinical and clinical studies was made for five Chinese herbal drugs: Evodiae fructus, Gardeniae fructus, Polygoni orientalis fructus, Zanthoxli bungeani pericarpium and Magnoliae biondii flos imaturus. For selected drugs, obtained from fruits and flowers of Chinese plant species, quality standards have been established for the first time in the form of modern monographs in the ninth edition of the European Pharmacopoeia, so the Croatian translations of these monographs are also an integral part of this thesis. All this data enables pharmacists to gain new knowledge and improve their competencies in the field of phytopharmacy.
