Abstract
U posljednjih 20 godina potreba za analizom metala i metaloida postaje sve važnija u analitici lijekova. Ovaj rad pruža kratku raspravu o primjeni atomske apsorpcijske spektrometrije u analizi metala i metaloida u aktivnim farmaceutskih tvarima, gotovim proizvodima, dodacima prehrani i biološkim uzorcima. U radu je dan pregled tehnike i njenih modifikacija, pripreme uzoraka te razvoja metode i validacije.
Abstract (english)
The need for the analysis of metals and metalloides in the pharmaceutical analysis is becoming increasingly more important in the last 20 years. This work provides a brief discussion on application of Atomic absorption spectrometry in analysis of metals and metalloides in active pharmaceutical ingredients, formulated products, dietary supplements and biological samples. In the work overview of technique and various modifications, sample preparation procedures, method development and validation is given.
