Abstract
Proces ekonomske i političke tranzicije tijekom 1990-ih i 2000-ih godina ostavio je veliki utjecaj na prostornu strukturu postsocijalističkog Zagreba. Novi politički i ekonomski uvjeti razvoja definirali su novi institucionalni i zakonodavni okvir u djelatnosti prostornog planiranja koji je ubrzo ugrađen u novi socioekonomski okvir tranzicijskog razdoblja. Novi zakonodavni okvir promijenio je strukturu i hijerarhiju planova kojima se upravlja gradskim razvojem što je rezultiralo promjenama njegove funkcionalne, morfološke i socijalno-prostorne strukture. Procesi i obrasci urbanog razvoja koji su definirani u vrlo kratkom periodu ukazuju na neizvjesnu budućnost razvoja prema kapitalističkom gradu. Cilj ovog rada je objašnjavanje tih procesa kroz geografske karte i terenski rad kojima će se ukazati na lokacije novih obrazaca razvoja pomoću analizu detaljne prostorno-planerske dokumentacije Urbanističkih planova uređenja i gradskih projekata te pokušaj pozicioniranja uloge Zagreba u kontekstu prostornih promjena postsocijalističkih gradova Srednje, Istočne i Jugoistočne Europe.
Abstract (english)
The process of economic and political transition during 1990s and 2000s had great impact on transformation of spatial structure of Zagreb. New economical, political and institutional system created new paradigm of spatial planning which is integrated in new socioeconomic framework. New legislative defined new acts of spatial planning which reinforced the structure and hierarchy of planning documents which contain key rules in managing postsocialist Zagreb. Formation of that kind of city and his future is yet unpredictable but the reflection of broad transitional processes on morphological, functional and social structure is evident. Dominant processes which take place in Zagreb will be explained through cartographic sources and fieldwork on main locations of transformations. This work will sugest main processes and position of Zagreb spatial change in context of postsocialist city on the way to become capitalist city.
