Abstract
Grad Zagreb ima najveću koncentraciju trgovačkih centara u Republici Hrvatskoj. U ovome radu izradit će se pregled tipologija tih trgovačkih centara prema dominantnim funkcijama koje proizlaze iz sadržaja koji ispunjava poslovne prostore centara. Koristeći dostupnu relevantnu literaturu i znanstvene radove povezane s ovom tematikom izrađen je pregled tipologija nekolicine autora, a zatim i analiza prostornog rasporeda te brojčanog stanja objekata u trgovačkim centrima. Na temelju analize izneseni su prevladavajući trendovi koji su na području grada Zagreba prisutni posljednjih nekoliko godina. Ti trendovi mijenjaju se ovisno o lokaciji i udaljenosti od središta grada, stoga je iznimno važno utvrditi funkciju svakog pojedinog centra kako bi se iznijeli određeni modeli i zakonitosti razvoja trgovačkih centara.
Abstract (english)
The city of Zagreb has the highest concentration of shopping centers in the Republic of Croatia. This paper contains a review of typologies of shopping centers by their main functions resulting from content placed in business areas of the centers. Using available relevant literature and scientific papers connected with this topic, review of typologies of few authors is given, followed by spatial distribution and quantitative analysis of stores in shopping centers. Based on the analysis, predominated trends existing in the city of Zagreb in the past few years were presented. Those trends are changing due to location and distance of city center, therefore it is necessary to determine a function of the every single center so the development models of shopping centers can be presented.
