Abstract	Rad se bavi prikazom prirodnih i društvenih čimbenika koji su utjecali na razvoj poslovnih zona šireg centra Sesveta. Također, u radu su navedeni osnovni pojmovi, modeli i teorije koji su relevantni za provođenje analize poslovnih zona. Analize su provedene prema postojećem stanju poslovnih djelatnosti u Sesvetama. Analizirao se prostorni razmještaj i struktura poslovnih subjekata prema različitim kriterijima. U zadnjem poglavlju utvrđuju se sastav i prostorni razmještaj poslovnih zona dobiveni iz rezultata prostornog razmještaja i strukture poslovnih subjekata koji su aktivni unutar šireg centra Sesveta.
Abstract (english)	The paper deals with the presentation of natural and social factors that influenced the development of business zones in the wider center of Sesvete. The paper also notes the basic concepts, models and theories that are relevant for conducting business zone analysis. The analyzes were conducted according to the current state of business activities in Sesvete. The spatial distribution and structure of business entities were analyzed according to different criteria. The last chapter determines the composition and spatial distribution of business zones obtained from the results of spatial distribution and structure of business entities that are active within the wider center of Sesvete.
