Abstract
Cilj završnog rada je prikazati zašto je prilikom stvaranja nekog proizvoda ili usluge važno korisničko iskustvo i na koje načine ga je mogude ispitati. U ovom radu korisničko iskustvo ispitano je pomodu dvije metode: upitnika i analizom u programu FaceReader. Metode ispitivanja primijenjene su na temi o računalnim igrama, a prva metoda koja je korištena je upitnik. U upitniku je sudjelovalo 60 osoba, a nakon obrađenih rezultata odabrano je 5 najprimjerenijih za daljnju analizu. Zamoljeni su za daljnje sudjelovanje u istraživanju na način da su snimani tijekom igranja određene računalne igre, a zatim je taj video materijal učitan u FaceReader koji je automatski na temelju izraza lica ispitanika čitao njihove emocije. Također, opisan je način izrade web aplikacije koja je izrađena kao primjer izrade jedne od metoda za vrednovanje korisničkog iskustva, u ovom slučaju je to metoda upitnik.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of the final paper is to show why is user experince important while creating a product or service and how it can be examined. In this paper, user experience was tested using two methods: questionnaires and analysis in FaceReader application. Test methods were applied to computer games theme, and the first method used was the questionnaire. The questionnaire was attended by 60 people, and after the processed results 5 most suitable for further analysis were selected. They were asked for further exploration in the way that they were filmed while playing a certain computer game and then that video was uploaded to FaceReader, which automatically read their emotions based on the face of the respondent. Also, a web application development method is described as an example of making one of the methods for evaluating user experience, in this case it is a questionnaire method.
