Abstract
Studenti se često svrstavaju u rizične skupine ponajviše zbog velikih životnih promjena koje se odvijaju u životu mlade osobe. Povećanje obaveza i odgovornosti može biti vrlo stresno za pojednica, a najviše promjena dolazi kod prehrambenih navika i tjelesne aktivnosti. Kako bi se očuvalo zdravlje studenata, potrebno je ulagati u promoviranje zdravijih životnih navika I poticati ih na bavljenje sportom čime se suzbija upotreba duhana i alkohola. Istraživanje je provedeno u suradnji sa studentima Prirodoslovno-matematičkog fakulteta, a ispitivali smo njihove prehrambene navike, tjelesnu aktivnost i nezdrave životne navike.
Abstract (english)
Students often fall into risk groups, mainly because of the great life changes that take place in young people's lives. Increased duties and responsibilities can be very stressful for a single person, and most changes appear in food habits and physical activity. In order to preserve the health of students, it is necessary to invest in the promotion of healthier lifestyles and to encourage them to engage in sports, through which the use of tobacco and alcohol can be suppressed. The research was conducted in collaboration with the students of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, and we examined their food habits, physical activity and unhealthy lifestyles.
