Abstract
Člankonošci su najbrojnija skupina beskralješnjaka. Važni su za ljude, ali pojedini od njih prenose opasne bolesti. Komarac malaričar uzrokuje malariju, jednu od najopasnijih bolesti čovječanstva. Ce-ce muha uzrokuje afričku tripanosomiazu koja u Africi pogađa veliki broj ljudi. Odlazak u prirodu može biti opasan jer ubod krpelja izaziva krpeljnimeningoencefalitis, lajmskuboreliozu i druge bolesti. Ove se bolesti mogu spriječiti korištenjem cjepiva. Upotrebom lijekova bolesti se mogu liječiti. Odlazak u prirodu može se učiniti sigurnijim primjerenim odijevanjem i zaštitnim sredstvima.
Abstract (english)
Arthropods are the largest group of invertebrates. They are useful for people, but they cause dangerous diseases.Mosquito causes malaria, one of the most dangerous illness of humanity. Tsetse fly cause african trypanosomiasis, which affects a large number of people in Africa. A trip to nature can be dangerous because sting of ticks can cause tick-borne encephalitis , Lyme borelioza and other diseases. This diseases can be prevented with vaccine. Antibiotics can help cure the disease. A trip to nature can be safer if people use appropriate clothes and protectin agents.
