Abstract	Svrha rada je dati opis fenomena nuklearne magnetske rezonancije te se upoznati sa speciﬁčnostima proučavanja svojstava materijala u različitim agregatnim stanjima koristeći NMR spektroskopiju. U početku rada daje se klasična slika fenomena nuklearne magnetske rezonancije te se analiziraju Blochove jednadžbe. Kvantni opis daje generalnu sliku interakcija u sustavu spinova koji se nalaze pod utjecajem Zeemanovog magnetskog polja. Posebna pozornost se pridaje efektima koji elektromagnetske interakcije imaju na spektar NMR krutina kao i načinima na koji se iste interakcije mogu neutralizirati, ali i iskorištavati kako bi se iz njih izvukli podaci o građi molekula. Za kraj je dana analiza dvodimenzionalne NMR spektroskopije.
Abstract (english)	Purpose of this thesis is to provide a description of Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) phenomenon and familiarise readers with speciﬁcs of NMR spectroscopy of materials in different aggregate states. In the introductory chapter a short layout of classical physics model of nuclear magnetic resonance is presented and Bloch equations are analysed. Quantum model presents a general picture of different types of spin interactions where spins are under the inﬂuence of Zeeman magnetic ﬁeld. Extensive overviewis given on the effects of interspin electromagnetic interactions in NMR spectroscopy of solids as well as ways to both neutralise and harness the wealth of structural information these interactions hold. Finally an analysis of general principles of 2D NMR spectroscopy is given.
