Abstract
Ovaj rad prikazuje razvoj pomažućih profesija u virtualnom okruženju s fokusom na grupni rad. S napretkom tehnologije, razvili su se i pristupi i načini komunikacije s korisnicima u pomažućim profesijama. Rad detaljnije analizira grupni rad u virutalnom okruženju. Prikazane su vrste grupa u virtualnom okruženju koje postoje danas, vrste grupnog rada u virtualnom okruženju koje se koriste te izazove i čimbenika koji utječu na grupni rad u virtualnom okruženju. U radu su također prikazani i nedostatci grupnog rada u virtualnom okruženju te njegov utjecaj na pomažuće profesije i konkretno socijalni rad.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the development of helping professions in the virtual environment with focus on the group work. With the advancement of technology, approaches and ways of communicating with users in helping professions have also evolved. The paper analyzes group work in a virtuous environment. Paper presents some types of online groups that exist today, the type of online group work that is being used and the challenges and factors that affect online group work. The paper also presents the disadvantages of online group work and its impact on helping professions and specifically social work.
