Abstract
Unutrašnji transport ključna je operacija u svakom proizvodnom i distributivnom sustavu. U mlinarstvu se koriste različite vrste transportera, kao što su trakasti transporteri, transporteri s valjcima, pneumatski transporteri,viseći transporteri, elevatori te pužni transporteri. Uređaji za transport mogu biti sa neprekidnim ili povremenim djelovanjem. Pneumatski transporteri imaju niz prednosti, ali najveći nedostatak im je što se ne mogu primijeniti na sve materijale, te troše veliku količinu energije. Na cijenu nekog proizvoda znatno utječu i transportni troškovi, te je poznavanje transporta u mlinu od velike važnosti i važno je izabrati pravi način transporta i izračunati njegove optimalne parametre.
Abstract (english)
Internal transport is a key operation in every production and distribution system. The milling is used by different types of conveyors such as belt conveyors, roller conveyors, pneumatic conveyors, hanging conveyors, elevators and screw conveyors. Arrangements for transport can be with continuous or intermittent operation. Pneumatic transporters have many advantages, but the most disadvantage is that they can not be applied to all materials and they spend a lot of energy. For the price of a product significantly affect transport costs and understanding the transport in the mill of great importance, and it is important to choose the right mode of transportation and calculate its optimal parameters.
