Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog diplomskog rada je tlo s područja istražne jame na vodocrpilištu Velika Gorica. Cilj ovog rada bio je odrediti geokemijske karakteristike tla s područja prve zone sanitarne zaštite vodocrpilišta Velika Gorica u svrhu karakterizacije mogućeg onečišćenja podzemne vode s potencijalno toksičnim metalima. Analize koje su se provodile obuhvaćaju pH tla, vodljivost tla, udio karbonata, kapacitet kationske izmjene i koncentracije potencijalno toksičnih elemenata Co, Cr, Cu, Pb, Fe i Mn ne prelaze propisane MDK vrijednosti za poljoprivredna tla dok koncentracije Ni i Zn unutar gornja tri horizonta prelaze donju granicu MDK vrijednosti za praškasto-ilovasta tla. Na dubini od 90 do 117 cm vidljivo je smanjenje koncentracije svih elemenata osim željeza.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the research of soil samples taken from exploration pit within the Velika Gorica water supply area. The aim of this research was to determine geochemical characteristics of soil in the first zone of sanitary protection of the Velika Gorica water well field, due to determination of a possible groundwater contamination with toxic metals. For this purpose, pH, electrical conductivity (EC), carbonate content, cation exchange capacity (CEC), and concentration of potentially toxic elements were observed. Measured concentrations of Co, Cr, Cu, Pb, Fe and Mn do not exceed values for agricultural lands provided by the law. Increased concentrations of Ni and Zn were observed in sampled soil layers up to a depth of about 90 cm. Within the depth of 90 to 117 cm concentrations of all observed potentially toxic elements decrease except of Fe.
