Abstract	Čišćenje javnih površina u Velikoj Gorici obavlja VG čistoća d.o.o. Javne površine se kontinuirano čiste kako bi se spriječilo da otpad dospije u kanalizaciju, te radi sigurnosti prometa, zaštite voda i estetskih razloga. Otpad se na javnim površinama javlja uslijed prometa vozila, kretanja pješaka, košnje trave, opadanja lišća, itd. Ovaj otpad u zakonu je definiran kao ostaci od čišćenja ulica, s ključnim brojem 20 03 03, te je za njega preporučeno odlaganje. U ovom radu prikazani su rezultati ispitivanja 6 uzoraka otpada sa područja ulica Velike Gorice, uzetih s različitih lokacija i pri različitim vremenskim uvjetima. Provedena je granulometrijska analiza uzoraka, te je dana analiza dobivenih rezultata.
Abstract (english)	Abstract: Cleaning of public areas in Velika Gorica is performed by VG čistoća d.o.o. Public areas are continuously cleaned to prevent the entering of waste into the sewage system, for traffic safety, to protect water and aesthetic reasons. Wastes on public areas occurs as a result of vehicle traffic, pedestrian movement, grass cutting, leaf drop, etc. This waste is defined in Croatian legislative as residues from cleaning streets, with key number 20 03 03 and recommended waste management method is disposal. This paper describes methods and results of the testing of six waste samples from streets area of Velika Gorica. Samples were taken from different locations and under different weather conditions. The grain size analysis of samples was carried out and results of this analysis are presented.
