Abstract
Dodavanjem naizgled inertnog sastojka, kao što su mikro-metarske čestice aluminija u smjesu eksploziva, proučavana je ovisnost čestica aluminija na brzinu eksplozije ANFO-eksploziva. Tri različite frakcije, -20 μm, 63/45 μm i 90/75 μm, aluminijskog praha miješane su, u omjerima od 1% do 5% masenog postotka eksploziva, te su rezultati ispitivanja prikazani u ovom radu. Mješavine ispitivanih eksploziva su uspoređivane sa referentnim ANFO-eksplozivom, te sa mješavinom istog postotka aluminijskog praha, frakcije niže od ispitivane. Povećanje brzine eksplozije pojavilo se kod svih mješavina, a prema vizualnom pregledu krhotina ispitnih cijevi može se reći da se povećala i razorna sposobnost eksploziva.
Abstract (english)
By adding inert components like micro particles of aluminium to a mixture of explosive material, it was possible to change some parameters of an explosive, like velocity of explosion (VoE). Three particle sizes were chosen for this study, a fraction with particles smaller than 20 μm, a fraction with particle sizes between 45 μm – 63 μm and a fraction with particle sizes between 75 μm – 90 μm. Weight ratio of 1% to a maximum of 5% of aluminium was blended with the ANFO-explosive. The performance of these mixtures was assessed by measuring the VoE and comparing with a reference explosive (ANFO blend) and with a mixture with the same weight ratio of aluminium but smaller fraction. The micro size aluminium increased the VoE of all the mixtures tested. After a visual inspection of the debris of the tested steel tubes it can be said that there was an increase in pressure and heat of the detonation.
