Abstract
Ovaj rad daje prikaz osnovnih značajki koncepta pametnih zgrada. Također, opisane su tehnologije koje su važne pri razvoju koncepta pametnih zgrada. U prvom dijelu rada autorica se osvrnula na pametne poslovne zgrade, njihov način rada i samu izvedbu konstrukcije. Kako se tehnologija i materijali mijenjaju kroz vrijeme opisana je izgradnja pametnog i održivog doma. Vođena svijetskim trendovima, Hrvatska se, također, treba zalagati za ugradnju i održavanje zelenih krovova na zgradama koje pridonose ne samo na estetskom već i energetskom planu pa je tako detaljnije obrađen dio rada koji se odnosi na zelene krovove. Rad iznosi primjere pametnih i zelenih građevina u Hrvatskoj i širom svijeta. U metodičkom poglavlju sadržana je analiza i metodička priprema nastavnog programa za srednju strukovnu školu, te je tako nastavna tema povezana sa ovim diplomskim radom.
Abstract (english)
This paper provides an overview of the basic features of smart building. Also, technologies that are important in the development of smart building concepts are described. In the first part of the paper, the author analyzes smart office buildings, their operation and the construction itself. As technology and materials change over time, building of a smart and sustainable home is presented. Guided by global trends, Croatia should also strive for the installation and maintenance of green roofs on buildings that contribute not only to aesthetic but also to energy aspect, so the part of the work related to green roofs is discussed in more detail. The paper also presents the examples of smart and green buildings in Croatia and worldwide. The methodical chapter consistes of the analysis and methodical preparation of the curriculum for secondary vocational school, and thus the teaching topic is related to this thesis.
