Abstract
Fotonaponske ćelije su poluvodičke diode koje se sastoje od pn – spoja i pretvaraju energiju Sunčeva zračenja u električnu energiju na osnovu fotonaponskog efekta. Karakteristika kojom se prikazuju glavni parametri FN ćelije naziva se I – U karakteristika. Postoji nekoliko vrsta FN sustava, a to su fiksni sustav, sustav s jednoosnim praćenjem prividnog gibanja Sunca i sustav s dvoosnim praćenjem prividnog gibanja Sunca. Tema ovog rada je konstruirati fotonaponski sustav s dvoosnim praćenjem Sunca te usporediti dobivenu energiju s energijom koju fotonaponski sustav s fiksnim optimalnim kutem nagiba proizvodi. Odabrani FN sustav s dvoosnim praćenjem Sunca je polarni sustav. Dobiveni rezultati su očekivani i u dva slučaja mjerenja, sustav s praćenjem Sunca daje oko 50% više energije. Također, razlika dobivenih energija prikazana je na dijagramima. Izrađeni su nacrti koji opisuju dijelove sustava te sklopni nacrt s glavnim mjerama sustava. Može se zaključiti da je, gledajući samu proizvodnju energije, FN sustav s dvoosnim praćenjem daleko efikasniji od sustava s fiksnim kutem, ali s ekonomske strane potrebni su dodatni proračuni za odabir optimalnog sustava.
Abstract (english)
Photovoltaic cells are semiconductor diodes that consist of a pn – junction and convert the Solar energy to electricity using the photovoltaic effect. The feature that displays the main parameters of PV cell is called the I – U feature. There are several types of PV systems, such as fixed systems, one axis Solar tracking system and dual axis Solar tracking systems. The focus of this paper is to construct the dual axis Solar tracking PV system and compare obtained energy with energy that the PV system with the fixed optimum inclination angle produced. The selected PV dual axis Sun tracking system is a polar system. The results obtained are expected and in two measurement cases, the Sun tracking system provides about 50% more energy. Also, the difference in the energy gain of a given system is displayed in the diagram. Drawings that describe the parts of the system have been made, along with the drawing with main system measures. It can be concluded that, due to energy production itself, dual axis Solar tracking PV system is far more efficient than the fixed angle system, but on the economic side, additional calculations are needed to select the optimal system.
