Abstract
Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu je opisan postupak toplinske obrade kao i sve promjene u mikrostrukturi koje nastaju na materijalu pri odabranom postupku toplinske obrade. Opisana je metoda određivanja parametara toplinske obrade, kao i pretkazivanja rezultata toplinske obrade. Također je opisano postrojenje za toplinsku obradu strojnog dijela AB.18-PT.29. U praktičnom dijelu je provedena analiza rezultata toplinske obrade na temelju koje su donijeti odgovarajući zaključci, te analiza procesa toplinske obrade strojnog dijela.
Abstract (english)
The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, we'll find a detailed description of the heat treatment procedure as well as all the changes in the microstructure that occur on the material during the chosen heat treatment procedure. The method of determining the heat treatment parameters as well as the anticipation of heat treatment results was also described. Also, the heat treatment plant of the machine part AB.18PT.29 is described. In the practical part, an analysis of the heat treatment results was carried out as well as the heat treatment process of the machine part and the basis of that analysis certain conclusions were made.
