Abstract
U ovom radu prikazane su osnove fizike poluvodiča potrebne za analizu i razumijevanje LED-a. Ovim radom opisan je utjecaj temperature na parametre LED-a. Prikazane su osnovne topologije sklopova za regulaciju konstantne struje LED. U radu je opisana analiza regulatora konstantne struje temeljenog na operacijskom pojačalu i tranzistoru.
Abstract (english)
This paper gives basic information about semiconductor physics needed for analysis and understanding of LED. In this paper is given temperature analysis on LED parameters. Basic topologies are described for LED constant current regulation. This paper gives analysis of constant current regulator based on op-amp and transistor.
