Abstract
U završnom radu naslova „Karakterizacija mikrostrukture metalnih materijala“ definiran je utjecaj mikrostrukture na svojstva metalnih materijala u primjeni. Opisan je princip rada i značajke optičkog te elektronskog mikroskopa. Proanalizirane su metode karakterizacije mikrostrukture te svi procesi potrebni za njeno uspješno provođenje. Primjenom sakupljenog znanja provedena je i ovdje opisana karakterizacija mikrostrukture odabranih uzoraka materijala. Opisan je postupak karakterizacije. Prikazani su dobiveni rezultati na temelju kojih su doneseni odgovarajući zaključci.
Abstract (english)
In the final paper titled „Microstructural characterization of metallic materials“, the influence of microstructure on the properties of exploited metallic materials is defined. The principles and features of optical and electron microscopes are described. Methods of microstructural characterisation, as well as all the processes needed for their successful implementation are analysed. By applying the acquired knowledge samples of materials have been analysed. The process of characterising and the equipment which has been used has been described. The acquired results have been presented, along with the conclusions derived from them.
