Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela MS.18-DT.61, te su dani određeni tehnološki zahtjevi. Prvi dio rada opisuje čelik općenito te detaljnije čelike za poboljšanje. U nastavku opisana su teoretska znanja o dijagramu toplinske obrade, dijagramu stanja, mikrostrukturama, TTT dijagramima, faznim pretvorbama u čeliku prilikom zagrijavanja, te toplinskim obradama poboljšanja i indukcijskog kaljenja. U završnom teoretskom dijelu opisane su i metode ispitivanje tvrdoće površine. Praktični dio rada obuhvaća provedbu toplinskih obrada poboljšanja i indukcijskog kaljenja nad strojnim dijelom MS.18DT.61.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this graduate thesis is the heat treatment process of the machine part MS.18-DT.61 with given technology demands. Everything about steel and steel for improvement is described in the first part of the thesis. The second part contains explanations about steel state diagram, microstructures, TTT diagram, heat treatment diagram, steel phase conversions and used heat treatments. In the final theory part there is also an explanation about different methods for hardness testing. The practical work consist of two parts. The first part contains hardening and high temperature tempering, and the second part contains induction hardening of machine part MS.18-DT.61.
