Abstract
U ovom je radu proveden postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela IL.18-ST.48. Isti je prvo podvrgnut postupku toplinske obrade poboljšavanjem na načina da je prvo kaljen do temperature od 860 °C, gašen u ulju, visokotemperaturno popušten na temperaturu od 550 °C i konačno hlađen na zraku. Zatim je mjerenjem utvrđena tvrdoća strojnog dijela od 27 HRC. Nakon toga je obradak podvrgnut postupku indukcijskog kaljenja u svrhu povećanja njegove površinske tvrdoće. Nakon završetka toplinske obrade te gašenja u vodi izmjerena je tvrdoća od 56 HRC, čime su ostvareni zahtjevi konstruktora.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, a procedure of heat treatment of the work piece IL.18-ST.48 was performed. The work piece was first heat treated which includes: annealing of up to 860 °C, quenching in oil, high temperature stress relieving at the temperature of 550 °C, and finally cooling on air. At this stage, hardness was measured to be 27 HRC. Next, the work piece underwent the procedure of induction hardening with the purpose of increasing its surface hardness. After the heat treatment was done and the work piece was quenched in water, hardness was measured to be 56 HRC. Thus, the applied procedure successfully achieved the constructor’s’ requirements.
