Abstract
Tema koju obrađuje ovaj diplomski rad je toplinska obrada strojnog dijela KS.19-DT.70 kaljenjem. Strojni dio je gornji žig štance za probijanje rupa izrađen Č4140. Teoretski dio započinje s opisom čelika, njegovih svojstava, prerade i primjene. Zatim su obrađene mikrostrukturne faze čelika i njihove pretvorbe. U nastavku rada obrađena je sama toplinska obrada s naglaskom na kaljenje te ispitivanje tvrdoće materijala. Praktični dio diplomskog rada započinje odabirom parametara toplinske obrade s ciljem postizanja ciljanih svojstava. Za odabrane parametre napravljeni su operacijski listovi te se ona provela. Kroz cijeli proces toplinske obrade vršena su mjerenja tvrdoće kako bi se pratili postignuti rezultati.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this graduate thesis is the heat treatment of the machine part KS.19-DT.70. The machine part is the upper grout of punch made of C4140. The theoretical part starts with the description of steel, its properties, processing and application. Then the microstructure of steel and their conversion were explained. In the course of the work, heat treatment with a focus on hardening and hardness testing were explained. The practical part of the graduate thesis begins with the selection of heat treatment parameters with the aim of achieving the targeted properties. For the selected parameters, the operating sheets were created and it was executed. Throughout the process of heat treatment, hardness measurements are monitored to track the achieved results
