Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad opisuje postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela EG.20-DT.90. Sama toplinska obrada i njezini parametri opisani su u prvom dijelu rada. Drugi dio čine mikrostrukturne pretvorbe koje se događaju u čeliku pri toplinskoj obradi, dijagram stanja FeFe3C te detaljan opis čelika za poboljšavanje. Središnja tema, ujedno i glavna je postupak toplnske čelika. Opisano je od čega se sastoji ta toplinska obrada te kako postići željena svojstva materijala. Na samom kraju definirani su postupci kojima se mjeri tvrdoća odnosno načini ispitivanja tvrdoće materijala. Također je iznesen i praktični dio ovoga rada, postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela EG.20-DT.90 za koji je definiran vijak promjera 15 mm. Sam cilj poboljšavanja bio je verifikacija parametara toplinske obrade. Postupkom poboljšavanja postignuta su zadovoljavajuća svojstva čelika kao što je tvrdoća od 40 HRC i granica razvlačenja 1000 N/mm2 .
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis describes the process of heat treatment of the machine part EG.20-DT.90. The heat treatment itself is described in the first part of the thesis. The second part consists of microstructural transformations that occur in the steel during the improvement, a phase diagram of Fe-Fe3C and a detailed description of the hardened steel. The central theme, at the same time the main theme, is process of heat treatment quenching and tempering. It describes consists of quenching and how to achieve the wanted properties of the material. At the end, are defined the term of hardness. The practical part of this thesis consist of the process of heat treatment of the EG.20-DT.90, bolt with 15 mm diameter.. Succesful properties of steel such as hardness of 40 HRC and yield strength of 1000 N/mm 2 were achieved with quenching process.
