Abstract
Naziv ovog završnog rada je “Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela DZ.19-PT.85”. Dijeli se na dva elementarna dijela od kojih je jedan teorijski u kojem se opisuju postupci i vrste toplinskih obrada, isto kao i čelik u različitim stanjima i različitim mikrostrukturama te obrađuje način i svojstva tvrdoće kod čelika. Drugi dio je praktični te se u njemu detaljnije opisuje samo jedna vrsta površinskog kaljenja, a to je indukcijsko kaljenje te se odabire temperatura koju je u zadanom vremenu zagrijavanja potrebno postignuti kako bi dobili homogeni austenite. Nakon čega se može odrediti boja čelika koja je prisutna kada se strojni dio zagrijava na tu temperaturu.
Abstract (english)
The title of this graduation assignment is "Heat Treatment Procedure of Workpiece DZ.19- PT.85". It is divided into two elemental parts, one of which is theoretical, which describes the processes and types of heat treatments, as well as steel in different states and different microstructures, and deals with the method and properties of hardness in steel. The second part is practical and describes in more detail only one type of surface quenching, namely induction quenching, and selects the temperature to be reached at a given heating time to obtain homogeneous austenites. After that, the color of the steel that is present when the workpiece is heated to that temperature can be determined.
