Abstract
U ovom radu napravljen je detaljan pregled postojećih rješenja primjene robotskih manipulatora u ugostiteljstvu za posluživanje pića. Na temelju pregleda postojećih rješenja napravljen je CAD model sustava za posluživanje pive i gaziranog soka (CocaCole) koristeći pneumatsku hvataljku i robotski manipulator ABB IRB 120. Za sustav je bilo potrebno izmodelirati prste hvataljke i spojnicu paralelnog hvatača sa ručnim zglobom manipulatora. Za konstrukciju prstiju hvataljke poslužile su mjere dobivene na ručnom koordinatnom mjernom stroju na temelju kojih se izradio CAD model čaša i boca korištenih u zadatku. Uz to izrađen je i model šanka, podiznog stolića te otvarača. Nosivost je potvrđena provedbom višestrukih analiza unutar programskog paketa Siemens Femap NX Nastran koji je obavio dio računalne analize konstrukcije i konačno izrada čitave simulacije prikazana je u programskom paketu RobotStudio.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, a detailed overview of the existing solutions for the application of robotic manipulators in catering for serving beverages is made. Based on a review of existing solutions, a CAD model of the system for serving beer and carbonated juice (CocaCola) was made using a pneumatic gripper and a robotic manipulator ABB IRB 120. For the system, it was necessary to model gripper fingers and coupling of parallel gripper with a robot manipulator wrist. For the construction of the gripper fingers, the measurements obtained on a manual coordinate measuring machine were used, on the basis of which a CAD model of the cups and bottles used in the task was made. In addition, a model of a bar, a lifting table and an opener was made. The load-bearing capacity was confirmed by performing multiple analyzes within the Siemens Femap NX Nastran software package, which performed part of the computer analysis of the construction and finally the creation of the entire simulation was presented in the RobotStudio software package.
